Photo Print: To The Skies From A Hillside by Paulo Abrantes
This is a shot taken in Costa Nova Beach, Ílhavo, Aveiro, Portugal. I know the place very well just because It´s near my home and spent my free time there. Some time ago they built many stripe wood gangways/catwalks and benches in the dunes just near the beach entrances. I already tried several times to do this same composition with a regular lens but I never liked the pictures made like that. Somehow I never lost the feeling that spot would make a good composition and this day I decided to try it again with the Iensbaby composer with the plastic optic (full open) trying not to shoot the objects but the shapes and the "mood". It was a very sunny winter day with very cold/harsh/clear light with some clouds passing by. I take some shots with different composition solutions, and this picture is one of them.
